The week started out with celebrating Abraham Lincoln's birthday. We made log cabins and we wore top hats. We also read a book about Abraham LIncoln and we wrote facts about him.

We had an awesome chinese new year luncheon. We made hats and placemats. |
We ate chicken and broccoli with rice. We all really liked the chinese food and we ate a lot. We had juice and we ate fried noodles. We also ate fortune cookies. |
We received lucky red envelopes for good luck in the new year. The envelopes were filled with chocolate coins. |
